What is an Osteopath?
Osteopathy is a holistic hands on therapy that consists of many types of treatments, techniques, emphasizing the role of all of the body systems, including the musculoskeletal system—the bones, muscles, cartilage, ligaments, and joints that provide the movement, support, and stability for the human body—for staying healthy.

At Zen health vision is to help and support as many people in our local community, and beyond in the greater Auckland area, with what I believe is one of the most effective modalities for pain and injury treatment.
